Together for Sutton (TfS) is made up of seven local organisations forming the TfS partnership. We look to provide services to residents and professionals of the London Borough of Sutton.
The TfS partnership will make it easier for people living, working, studying and/or caring for someone in the London Borough of Sutton to access a wide range of health and social care resources and services.

Advocacy for All
Advocacy for All are a locally-rooted advocacy organisation with a strong history, set up to give people a voice through one-to-one advocacy and self-advocacy groups. Their approach is person-centred, empowering and rights-focussed. They place a strong value on supporting people to be as independent as possible. Advocacy is when one person helps another person talk about their needs and wishes. All of Advocacy for All's one-to-one advocacy services are free, confidential and independent.
Age UK Sutton
Age UK Sutton aims to support older people, their families and carers and offers a range of services and support throughout the London Borough of Sutton for people aged 55+ ranging from practical issues to wellbeing and health support. They provide a free, independent, confidential and impartial information and advice service to older residents of Sutton. Their vision is an Age Friendly Sutton, where older people know that they belong, and feel supported and valued.
Citizens Advice Sutton
Citizens Advice Sutton provide information and advice that people need for the problems they face and by improving the policies and practices that affect their lives. They provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities.
Community Action Sutton
Community Action Sutton support, develop and promote the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector in the London Borough of Sutton. Their organisation provides information, advice and guidance and can help support groups with a range of issues such as capacity building, governance, finance and fundraising. They offer a number of services, including groups, activities, training courses, a complete payroll service and finance services.
Healthwatch Sutton
Healthwatch Sutton work to help people get the best out of local health and social care services, giving Sutton’s residents a powerful voice both locally and nationally. Your local Healthwatch is all about people being able to influence the delivery and design of local services - not just people who use them now, but anyone who many need to in the future.
Sutton Carers Centre provides wide range of free, local support services to meet the needs of unpaid Carers in the community. A Carer can be anyone, of any age (child or adult), who provides care without payment for a friend or family member who lives with an illness, disability, mental health or substance misuse issue. They provide advice, information and emotional support, help with benefit forms/accessing funds, counselling, breaks, complementary therapies, support groups, and much more. Sutton Carers Centre also runs Sutton’s Young Carers Service, which provides a range of free, specialist and targeted support to children and young adults aged 8-25 years who have caring responsibilities. The aim of their work is to help ensure that no Carer has to reach crisis point before they get the support they need.
The Volunteer Centre Sutton has been supporting people and communities within the London Borough of Sutton for over 50 years. Their main aim remains to utilise people to support the community and individuals; those most in need within Sutton, including the delivery of volunteer led projects.
