Their YouTube channel has a wealth of resources on it to help support your young people with their mental wellbeing, be this through emotional regulation, big emotions, anxiety, sleep problems to name a few.

They have a team of Education Wellbeing Practitioners (EWP's) who work with young people who are experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or low mood or sleep issues and can offer up to seven sessions (or less) of Guided Self-Help in your school or online.
