Together for Sutton are proud to be working with wider Sutton services to bring to all residents of the London Borough of Sutton Your Community Hub AGAIN for one week only!
This time Radio St Helier are taking the lead, AND this time we are all here to remind you that #ItsOkNotToBeOk.
Let's be honest, we are all struggling with something, right? Whether it is money, work, health, exams, school, the world! There is always something that will likely be on our mind and make us feel anxious, overwhelmed or worse!
With so many layers to mental health and so many different bodily responses, isn't it about time that we agree that there is no stigma around asking for help, because we all need it at some point or other in our life.
Please join your local Sutton services as we re-launch #yourcommunityhub for Mental Health Awareness Week 2026:
WHEN: Monday 11th - Saturday 16th May 2026 for one week only.
WHERE: at Your Community Hub, 188 High Street, Sutton, SM1 1NR (the old TazZa coffee shop) from 9.30am to 1pm each day for our adult residents
AND
WHERE: at the Duffus Community Foundation's Unity Junction, St Nicholas Centre, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1AY from 2.30pm for our younger residents.
Your go-to space for FREE information, advice, support, access to local services & engaging activities. Broadcast live all week from the amazing Radio St Helier, this is going to be another event not to miss.
Please check out our programme and get involved, because in Sutton, your are NEVER alone, help is always there, even if just a shoulder to cry on!
